AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday created a controversy while addressing an event in Delhi. Targeting Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti who was present at the event Mishra said “It cant be that you dont accept Burhan Wani as a terrorist and then expect tourism to increase”.
